Abstract

Objective It is to observe the preventing and treating action of Jiangzhikeli on fatty liver.Methods The compound fatty liver models were induced by high-fat feed, pouring the alcohol into stomach and injecting with CCl 4 rapeseed oil, and then were randomly divided into ten groups: blank contrast group (A 1, A 2), model contrast group (B 1, B 2), Jiangzhikeli high, low dose preventive group (C, D), Dongbaogantai preventive group (E), Jiangzhikeli high, low dose therapeutic group (F, G), Dongbaogantai therapeutic group (H). Each group was poured the drugs into stomach. The rats in A 1, B 1, C, D, E groups were killed respectively on the sixteenth day. The rats in A 2, B 2, F, G, H groups were killed respectively on the forty-sixth day. Their blood and liver tissue were taken. Then the liver function, blood fat and lipid in liver were examined and the change of liver histology was observed.Results ①Group C and group D were compared with group B1 and group F and group G were compared with group B2, then all of the liver function, blood fat, lipid in liver and the change of liver histology were got better (P0.05). ② Group C and group D were compared with group E and group F and group G were compared with group H, then there was not markedly different among the liver function, blood fat, lipid in liver and the change of liver histology (P0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhikeli can prevent and theat fatty liver, especially the action of high dose preventive and therapeutic groups is more markedly.
