Abstract
The strain A1 isolated from an alkaline soil could produce alkaline cellulase, and was identified as Bacillus sp.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions of producing alkaline cellulase by the strain A1 were as follows: optimal temperature was 37 ℃,optimal carbon resource was starch, optimal nitrogen resource was beef extract.Addition of 0.5%-1.0% NaCl and 0.2 % Na2CO3 could increase alkaline cellulase enzyme activity of strain A1.The activity of alkaline cellulase was 42.5 U/ml at the suitable condition of producing alkaline cellulase.
