Abstract
Objective To investigate the nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate clinical effect of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. Methods Hospital gestational hypertension were randomly divided into study group and the control group( n = 25),the study group were treated with nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate, magnesium sulfate control group received treatment were compared treatment. Results The study group total effective rate was 88. 00%,significantly higher than the 68. 00%( P 0. 05); blood pressure study patients after treatment,2 h urinary protein excretion and blood viscosity than the control group( P 0. 05); the two groups no significant difference newborn Apger scores( P 0. 05). Conclusion Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate during pregnancy hypertensive patients in a significant effect, can effectively control blood pressure levels in patients with small incidence of adverse reactions and little effect on the fetus, worthy of promotion and application.
