Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Methods 212 cases of patients with gestational hypertension from January 2013 to January2014 was randomly divided into observation group( n = 106) and control group( n = 106). The control group was given 25%magnesium sulfate 20 ml in 5% glucose solution 10 ml,after 50 ml magnesium sulfate in 5% glucose solution 450 ml for intravenous infusion. The observation group was given extended release nifedipine tablets oral 10 mg,3 time / d. The systolic blood pressure( SBP),diastolic blood pressure( DBP),24 h urinary protein( 24 h UTP),blood viscosity,Apger score of neonates of 2groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 84. 9% in observation group, which was higher than 63. 2% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Compared with before treatment, the blood pressure,24 h urinary protein, blood viscosity of both groups improved after treatment( P 0. 05),and the observation group improved obviously compared with the control group( P 0. 05). The neonatal Apger score of observation group was( 9. 2 ± 1. 3) points, and the control group was( 9. 1 ± 1. 6) points, the difference between the 2 groups had no statistical significance( P 0. 05). Conclusion Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate can be better to reduce the blood pressure of patients, with less adverse reaction, little impact on the fetus, and the security is good, which is worthy of clinical application.
