Abstract
Diethylferroene was carried out in 1,2,3-trichloromethane using diethyl bromine as alkylation agent and anhydrous aluminium chloride as catalyst by ferrocene Friedel-crafts reaction. The influence of the reaction temperature, mole ratio of the reactants, the reaction time, the quantity of the catalyst and the charging of the reactants on the synthetic technology was investigated. The synthetic technology of diethylferroene was obtained:Ethyl bromide and anhydrous aluminium chloride was 1 ∶2.2 ∶(1.88~1) ∶2.2 ∶2.0;the reaction temperature was 45 ℃;the reaction time was 6.5 h.Its structure was characterized by IR and elemental analysis, the yield was 72%.
