Research on the Efficacy and Mechanism of Trimetazidine in treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Patients

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy and possible mechanisms of trimetazidine in treatment of chronic heart failure patients.METHODS 100 cases with NYHA class II to IV level chronic heart failure patients were selected in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment;On this basis,treatment group used trimetazidine for one month.Each had 20mg,and used three times a day.Before and after treatment,we observed dynamics observed cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and plasma CRP levels in patients.RESULTS The total clinical comprehensive efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P﹤ 0.05);After treatment,the LVEF,LVEDD and plasma CRP levels changed significantly(P ﹤ 0.01),while compared with the control groups,all changes of the experimental group are more obvious(P ﹤ 0.01).CONCLUSION The efficacy of trimetazidine in treating chronic heart failure patients is significant,which may be related to the inhibition of the inflammatory response.
