Abstract
Objective To study the diagnosis effect of HPV-DNA subtype detection combined with liquid based cytology in cervical carcinoma and its clinical value.Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with cervical cancer and CIN were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group received HPV-DNA subtype detection combined with liquid based cytology and control group received only liquid based cytology.Then cervical cancer lesions,postoperative quality of life and activities of the state were observed.Results The total positive cases in observation group were 54,including HPV-DNA-16 positive rate 79.41%,HPV-DNA-18 positive rate 67.65%,and 7 cases of CIN Ⅰ,11 cases of CINⅡwere significantly more than the control group;CIN Ⅲgrade and cervical carcinoma showed no differences.Conclusions HPV-DNA subtype detection combined with liquid based cytology have positive clinical value for diagnose cervical carcinoma early.
