Abstract

With the wheat straw cellulose as the main raw material,it was pretreated using sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid/acetone,sodium hydroxide/hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide /peroxide acetic acid, and sodium hydroxide /ethanol at room temperature, respectively. And then the zymohydrolysis reaction was conducted under a certain pH value, temperature, and time, when the cellulase was added according to the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶50.The pretreatment effects of wheat straw cellulose with chemical methods were evaluated by analyzing the productivity of reducing sugar in zymohydrolysis solution. The results showed that the pretreatment effect by sodium hydroxide/hydrogen peroxide was better than those by other pretreatment solutions.
