As one of the new development points of our national economic growth,the private enterprises are playing a more vital role in national eonomic.But in the recent years slow development process,the private enterprises have confronted with the financial problem,and the problem has become a stubborn illness,which seriously limited the private enterprises' development.Furthermore,the financial proplem has also caused a series of drawbacks,such as illegal financing,the financial risk and the financial corruption and so on.In order to solve private enterprises' financial difficult,we should mobilize all aspects' strength,including the government,the society,the state-owned banks and the private enterprises.At the same time,we also should speed up the financial system's reform step,and establish the marketability operation and credit guarantee system to prove the private enterprises advancing in a wide range development.
