Abstract
Objectives: To determine vitamineB\-1 and vitamineB\-2 in mulberry leaves collected in different periods, different places and different kinds in Xinjiang. Methods: A HPLC method was used. Results: The contents of vitamineB\-1 and vitamineB\-2 in mulberry leaves of every month were almost equal, the average content of vitamineB\-2 was three times as high as that of vitamineB\-1. The contents of vitamineB\-1 and vitamineB\-2 in mulberry leaves of sorthen area were a little higher than that of northen area and easten area. The contents of vitamineB\-1 and vitamineB\-2 in mulberry leaves of two kinds were almost equal. The average recoveries were 97.2% for vitamineB\-1 and 97.5% for vitamineB\-2; the RSD were 3.45% (n=6) for vitamineB\-1 and 1.54% (n=6) for vitamineB\-2. Conclusion: The results suggest that this method is simple, specific and accurate.
