Abstract
The mechanism of Bis(p-nitrophenyl)phosphate ester(BNPP)hydrolsis catalyzed by La-diethylenetriamine system was investigated by using an UV/VIS spetrophotometer. The catalytic efficiency and stability of La-diethylenetriamine system were studied on different conditions. It was found that the catalytic system showed high catalytic activity and stability in BNPP catalytic hydrolysis under proper proportion of La and diethylenetriamine, appropriate pH and temperature of the solution. The results also showed that the reactive active species was the complex made of La and diethylenetriamine ligand.
