Abstract
Kinetics of BNPP(Bis(p-nitro phenyl) phosphate ester) hydrolysis catalyzed by Ce(Ⅲ)-Tris system was observed using an UV/VIS spectrophotometer.The catalytic efficiency and stability of Ce(Ⅲ)-Tris system ware studied on different conditions,and the reaction mechanism of BNPP catalytic hydrolysis was also studied.It was found that this catalytic system show high catalytic activity and stability in the BNPP catalytic hydrolysis under proper proportion of Ce(Ⅲ) and Tris,appropriate pH and temperature of the solution.The results also showed that the reactive active species is the complex made up of Ce(Ⅲ) and Tris ligand.
