Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes of coagulation indexes in later pregnancy women. Methods Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma thrombin time(TT) and fibrinogen(Fg) were tested using automatic coagulation analyzer. Results PT,APTT were significantly shorter and Fg was higher in later pregnancy women than those in the control group(P0.01),there was no significant difference of TT between pregnancy and control groups(P0.05).Conclusions The later pregnancy women have a series of changes in coagulation system. The detections of PT,APTT,TT and Fg are necessary in the later pregnancy women for knowing the coagulation state and preventing DIC.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
