Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofLidan Heluo Decoctionin treating primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC).Methods Sixty-five PBC patients were randomized into two groups:control group in which 32cases were treated by Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules and Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets, and treatment group in which 33cases were treated byLidan Heluo Decoctionadditionally, with the course of one month. Results The total effective rate was 62.50%in the control group and 87.88%in the treatment group(P0.01);after treatment, the levels ofγ-GGT,ALP,TBIL, AST and ALT were decreased in both two groups(P0.05,P0.01),and the levels in treatment group were lower than that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Lidan Heluo Decoctioncan improve the clinical efficacy and liver function in PBC patients.
