Abstract
From dynamic and static perspectives,this paper aims to explore the tendency of administrative supervision in the future at the aspects of its organizations,duties and methods of supervision.Through perfecting the legal construction of supervision and innovating its methods,it makes administrative supervision effective restraint to the power in the changing ecosystem of administration.
