Large-scale Development of West China and the Future of Rural Education

Rural education is one of the three problems bothering the Chinese rural areas. The large-scale development of West China has provided the necessity and possibility of developing rural education of low level and singleness into one with different grades, types and levels of education developing in an all-round way. It also advocates the strategy of aiming at improving the quality of education on the basis of education enterprise development. Whether organum can be replaced by independency concerning rural education is determined by whether the justice and equality of education is treated as the maximum value of educational development. The prerequisite to realize this is to establish the guarantee system of compulsory education input in poor areas, and information technology education should be used as a scientific method to achieve the great development of rural education.
