Abstract
Since 1919,there have been two values and two roads to modernization of rural in China,of which one focused on rural areas in Rural Education Movement in period from 1920s to 1930s and other has focused on city since implementation of Reform and Opening-up Policy.We believe that China should choose a Third Road which could make rural develop impartially,let rural develop rationally and make the rural education more like the rural education.
