Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determination of cadmium in whole blood with graphite oven atomic absorption spectrometr(GFAAS).Methods:The samples were diluted in a medium containing 2% nitric acid and 0.2% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate before being introduced directly into the fumace and then detected by Zeeman GFAAS.Results:Determination of the sixty samples, the rate of recovery was controlled between 97% and 106% and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The standard curve was linear in the range of 0 μg/L~4 μg/L,the lowest detection limit was 0.02 μg/L.The mensuration result of the control samples is satisfied. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, accurate and of high sensitivity and precision for direct determination of cadmium in whole blood.
