Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of hemoperfusion for hepatic hyperbilirubinamia(TBIL≥171 μmol/L).Methods 25 patients of hepatic hyperbilirubinamia received the treatment with HA neutral macroporous resin(HA330-Ⅱ)hemoperfusion and medical treatment. The symptoms, signs and levels of liver functions, complete blood counts were compared before and after treatment. The adverse reaction of hemoperfusion was also monitored. Results After hemoperfusion, the symptoms and signs were improved to different extents;the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL decreased significantly(P0.05);the levels of RBC,WBC,PLT went down slightly(P0.05).There were no significant adverse reaction in the course of hemoperfusion. Conclusion Hemoperfusion is an effective and safe therapy for hepatic hyperbilirubinamia.
