Abstract

Objective:To optimize ultrasound extraction process of total flavonoids from Anchusa italica.Method:With yield of total flavonoids as index, influence of solid-liquid ratio, the concentration of ethanol, ultrasound temperature and time on ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids from A.italica was investigated by single factor test, extraction technology parameters were optimized by response surface methodology.Result:Optimum extraction conditions were as follow:extracted 20 min with 20 times the amount of 70% ethanol at 60 ℃,yield of total flavonoids 3.92%.Conclusion: Total flavonoids extraction experiment proved that there were good fitness between the predicted and actual value, optimized extracting technology was stable and feasible,it could be extended to application of large-scale production.
