Abstract
This article just discusses the construction of diplomatic strategy in peaceful spring-up in terms of our country's diplomatic strategy,and considers that our(country's) diplomatic strategy in peaceful spring-up should be guided by Deng(Xiaoping's) diplomatic strategy ideology and should be the inheritance and development of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic strategy ideology.
