Abstract
This paper reports the anatomical characteristics of the reproductive system of Papilio xuthu Linnaeus.The male internal reproductive organs are composed of testes,vasa deferentia,accessory glands and ductus ejaculatorius.The male external genitalia is made up of tegumen,vinculum and clasper.It is comprising abdominal segment 9 and 10.In femal,the internal reproductive organs are composed a pair of ovaries,lateral oviducts,median oviductus,spermatheca and accessory glands.The exeternal reproductive system in female includes the bursa copulatrix and the ovipositor.
