Abstract

Based on explaining to exercise prescription,stress theory, the article explains the exercise prescription of teaching to the impact of stress coping styles.The conclusions are:(1) the implementation of exercise prescription for teaching students the level of physical health is better than the teaching of non - implementation of exercise prescription university students.(2) the implementation of exercise prescription teaching level of the mental health of college students better than the non - implementation of exercise prescription teaching of undergraduates.(3) the exercise prescription teaching students better cope with the level of exercise prescription to non - implementation of teaching college students,stress college students will have an important beneficial effects.(4) mental health problems in university students become increasingly serious in the implementation of exercise prescription should be for the university teaching of physical education a useful attempt.
