Abstract
The study of MAC protocols is one key area in wireless Ad Hoc networks. The resolution of hidden terminal and exposed terminal problems are especially important. In this paper, recent research of MAC protocols is presented, and comparisons between them are also discussed. Finally,research directions are discussed.
