Application and effects of the training mode among burn ICU clinical nurses

Objective To explore the training mode and methods of burn ICU nurses,so as to provide a reference for the training of ICU nurses and other clinical nurse specialists.Methods Based on the previous investigation,establishing the training project team,formulating and implementing the training project of clinical training for 6 months among burn ICU nurses.Results After training,the scores of burn theory,trauma theory and nursing skills were improved,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.01 or P 0.05).The satisfaction rate of nurses to training plans was 100.00%.Conclusion According to the characteristics of burn ICU,the suitable training system can significantly improve the ICU nurses' training effects,and is one of the effective training methods for ICU nurses.
