Abstract

Objective To explore the method and effect of nurses rotation training in ICU.Method Thirty nurses received a 3-month intensive care skills training in batches.Results After the training,the theory achievement about intensive care and first-aid skills were improved significantly than before (P0.01).The quality of nursing in ICU was improved year by year.Conclusion The rotation training in ICU can improve nurses' first aid competency.
