Abstract
There are some disadvantages both of the static drainage consolidation method and the dynamic drainage consolidation method to reinforce the soft soil foundation although they are popular in China.For example,the pore water pressure induced by the dynamic drainage consolidation method isn't dissipated immediately,the pressure system of the static drainage consolidation method is complicated and it has a long construction period.Aimed to their disadvantages,the new method of static-dynamic drainage consolidation method is introduced and its characters,application and design are also introduced,then its application results are analyzed.
