Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of fluoxetine plus cognitive behavior therapy in treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods 57 out-patients who met CCMD-3 for obsessive-compulsive disorder were assigned to therapeutic group (n=29) and control group (n=28) for the treatment of 6 months.Therapeutic group were given fluoxetine in addition to cognitive behavior therapy,and contol group were given fluoxetine alone.The clinical effect was assessed with Y-BOCS at the end of 1st,2nd,4th and 6th month.Result The therapeutic efficacy in fluoxetine plus cognitive behavior therapy group was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion Fluoxetine plus cognitive behavior therapy has better effect in treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder
