Abstract
In this paper, the development of component materials, operation techniques for deployment and the recent research achievements of the static dynamic analysis of the mooring line, coupled dynamics of the mooring system and floating structure are systematically settled for the deep water catenary mooring system. Based on above analysis, future work is brought forward.
