Abstract

The Yangshan gold deposit is located in Wen County of Gansu Province with its magmatic rocks relating closely with the gold mineralization both in space and time shown by analysis of regional tectonic evolution,research on mineralizing chronology as well as field geological observation.Through analyzing on the ore-forming element content in the regional stratum and various ores from the Yangshan gold deposit,Sanhekou Formation of Devonian system has been determined as the ore-source stratum for the Yangshan gold deposit.After further studying on REE,stable isotope and fluid inclusion of the deposit,it is believed that the ore-forming matters with their sources both from stratum and magma originated complicatedly;ore-forming hydrothermal fluid came from magmatic hot water,underground thermal brine,metamorphic hydrotherm atmospheric water,etc.;multiple magmatic hydrothermal activities involved in regional tectonic evolution has a close relationship with the metallogenic process of the Yangshan gold deposit since Trias.The comprehensive analysis shows that the metallogenic model of the Yangshan gold deposit is characterized by complex mineralizion.
