The scientific outlook on development takes the basic theory of Marxism as a guide combined with the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,creatively answered a series of major issue about developing.The theory gave to Marxism about developing demands with new times connotation and practice.It is the Marxism in Contemporary China's application and the development.At the same time the scientific outlook on development is inheriting about the important thought developing and the direct source developing to three generation central collective leadership of Party.The scientific outlook on development is our Party's significant theory innovation achievement.We must use it to plan the development and solve problems.
