Abstract
To study the therapy of diplopia with limited muscle movement on orbit blowout fracture. Methods Clinic examination and CT scan were employed, and limited muscle was diagnosed. The surgical therapy of strabismus was taken to relieve the limited strabismus and diplopia in front and down-front visual field. Results Of the 30 patients with limited strabismus within 3~6 month, diplopia and compensation head position was relieved at 23 cases, lightened at 7cases. Conclusion The strabismus surgery may be used to relieve the limited strabismus, with diplopia and compensation head position within front and down-front visual field on orbit blowout fracture.
