Abstract

Objective To study the efficacy of therapy for diplopia caused by orbit blowout fracture with the method of early passive pull.Methods extraocular muscles examination and CT scan were employed,5 patients of diplopia caused by orbit blowout fracture were chosen and were treated with early passivity pull.Results All the 5 cases were clinical cured with early passivity pull.They had been followed for 3～6 months and their situation were steady.Conclusion The therapy are effective for diplopia caused by orbit blowout fracture with the method of early passivity pull.
