An epoch brings up an operating model.This paper first analyzed the implications and characteristics of traditional enterprise and network enterprise and virtual enterprise.Next,this paper probed their operating efficiency from four levels such as economic of scale,value chain,diversification and competition-cooperation.Then,this paper discussed their characteristics about win or lost.Last,this paper expounded their prospect.
