Abstract
In order to release invalid state of soil fixed phosphorus,23 of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere of well growing banana plants in Hainan province using National Botanical Research Institute's phosphate growth medium(NBRIP).After repeated screening and isolation,a strain named 1-7with the strongest phosphate-solubilizing capability was obtained. After 7days incubation in liquid NBRIP medium, the content of soluble phosphate reached 638.26mg/L,about 12.8% of the tricalcium phosphate was dissolved, which was 13.9times higher than the control.Through the 16 SrDNA sequence and physiological and biochemical analysis, strain 1-7was identified as Acinetobacter baumannii. Moreover, the two seasons of pot experiments showed that the plate height, stem diameter, fresh weight and biomass of banana seedlings in the treatments inoculated with the phosphate-solubilizing strain 1-7 were increased by 17.4%,10.4%,27.3%,21.1% and 13.0%,8.2%,25.2%,13.2%,respectively,compared with the control, but no significant difference by compared to chemical phosphorus treatment.
