Abstract

In previous China′s criminal suits,the offender-centered concern was given more attention than the rights of victims.The absence of state compensation system for criminal victims was one of the examples.By introducing the legislation of state compensation system for criminal victims in the United State,this article supplies some useful experience,so that they might be taken for reference in the establishing of our own state compensation system.
