THE GEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PROSPECTING ANALYSIS OF XIAOSERTENG COPPER DEPOSIT, QINGHAI PROVINCE

Abstract

Xiaoserteng copper deposit is located in a Caledonian island arc along the north edge of Chaidamu basin. Based on the geological and ore body characteristics of the deposit, the author take the deposit as a porphyry copper deposit, and also on the prospecting analysis of the existing information, consider the deposit having a great prospecting potential.
