Abstract

It discusses the essentiality and contents of reliability test of EW equipments' software . The difficulties of reliabiliry test are analyzed in terms of quantification of assessment index,design of test case and establishment of intelligent experiment platform. Finally, the solutions to the reliability test problems are suggested.
