Discussion on the Countermeasures of Non-public Economic Development in JiLin Province

Compared with some developed provinces,there are reality spatial difference,such as small number,small scale,low quality,and latent disadvantages,such as restricted by environment,outdated technology and equipments,county economic backwardness existed in non-public enterprises.But also exists developing preponderance,such as ecological natural resources,projecting development of processing and manufacturing industry,talents technology,infrastructure and market development.So provide some suitable countermeasures to speed up the pace of non-public economic development in JiLin province.
