On the Construction of Cost Regulation System of Economic Development in Jilin Province

Abstract
This paper first analyses the objectivity of the economic development cost,based on which,and with the consideration of the characteristics of economic development in Jilin province,the following five levels for constructing the cost regulation system of the economic development in Jilin province have been discussed respectively: to speed up the transformation of economic development mode,to improve the production capacity of agriculture comprehensively in Jilin province,to develop strategic emerging industries and the tertiary industry,to speed up the urbanization process and provide people with more job opportunities.
