On Measures Taken in Agricultural Industrialization for Leading Industries of Henan Province

Abstract
The breakthrough to agricultural industrialization of Henan Province is to promote the construction of leading industries. Measures taken to promote agrictural leading industrise are suggested as the following: to concentrate on the leading in industries in food processing; to help township industries to transfer to product processing ones and promote them to be leading industries in the counties or cities; to combine leading industries with related businesses so as to make them even stronger leading industries; as well as other means.
