The Present Situation,Existing Problems and Counter-Measures of Competitive Industries and Industries with Local Characteristics of Agriculture in Gansu Province

Cultivating and expanding competitive industries and industries with local characteristics is the leading direction of strategic adjustment of agricultural structure in the western region. Gansu Province has achieved the notable achievement energetically in pushing forward the characteristic advantage agriculture developing from leading industries of strategic,regional competitive industries and local characteristic products on three arrangement of ideas. However,the development is also confronted with a lot of problems in developing process,such as smaller scale of the leading enterprises,lower rate of manufaturing about agricultural products,unreasonable regional layout,insufficient capital of industry development. We must cultivate the competitive industries,expanding the leading enterprises,developing the non-pollution agriculture,improving the systematic of peasonts,and increasing the export of the agricultural products to further improve agriculture characteristic industries in the level of development.
