Abstract
[Objective]To investigate pathogenic bacteria in the event of collective food poisoning,so as to prevent and control food poisoning.[Methods]Experiment of biochemical identification for isolated pathogenic bacteria was conducted according to GB/T4789.7-2008Microbiological examination of food hygiene[1].[Results]Vibrio parahaemolyticus was isolated from 2 feces samples and a surplus food(prawns). The isolated 3 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were the same biochemical type by biochemical typing,Kanagawa test showed positive result. The homology was identified.Pathogenic bacteria was not detected from vomitus.[Conclusion]The event of food poisoning is caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus based on epidemiological investigation, clinical symptoms of the cases and the result of laboratory examination.
