Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the water quality of tap water and secondary water supply, study the changing characteristics in different years and seasons, provide a scientific basis for the prevention of water pollution incidents.[Methods]The monitoring data of water quality of tap water and secondary water supply in Haizhu district during 2006-2009 were analyzed statistically, the Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water and the Standard for Drinking Water Quality was applied to test and evaluate.[Results]The qualified rate of tap water was 87.67% with the lowest in 2009 (77.11%) and the highest in 2006 (97.62%).The qualified rate of secondary water supply was 84.04%,and there was no significant difference among years.[Conclusion]The water quality of drinking water is at a general level in this district. The health management of drinking water should be strengthened, and the water pollution incidents should be controlled strictly.
