TCM Retention Enema in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis and Nursing Analysis for 40 Cases

Objective To study the effect of retention ene ma and nursing on acute pancreatitis. Methods Selecting 80 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 40 cases.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with TCM retention enema treatment and nursing on the basis of the control group. Results Retention autonomous time, abdominal distension time, abdominal pain relief time,body temperature returned to normal time and length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion TCM retention enema and nursing on acute pancreatitis can improve the curative effect, and promote the recovery of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
