Abstract
The results of filed efficacy test of 1×109 PIB/mL Spodoptera exigua Nucleopolyhedrovirus SC showed that it had a good effect against Spodoptera exigua on cabbage.After 5 days of spraying 75~100 g/667m2,the correction mortality of Spodoptera exigua was upwards 80%,and the correction mortality was still more than 70% after 10 days.The above results indicated that the pesticide had a long persistence.After 5 days and 10 days of spraying 75 g/667m2 test agent and control agent,the count showed that the effect of the pesticide to the natural enemies was small.The reduce rates of spider on 100 cabbages was only 1.2% and 0.5% significantly lower than that of control agent.From these two perspectives,we can see that the pesticide has a good prospect.
