Abstract
A HPLC method was used for determination of tramadol hydrochloride in human serum. The relative bioavailability of two brands of tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets was studied in healthy volunteers. The results showed there was no statistically significant difference for pharmacokinetic parameters between the two bioequivalent preparations.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
