Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment method for traumatic inferior canalicular laceration and find the cause of failure of surgery. Methods 26 cases (26eyes) of inferior canalicular laceration were treated, 20 of them were anastomosed directly, 2 were repaired by cycle intubation,4 were reconstructed through lacrimal sac incision. Results The successful rate was 92.3% (24/26). Conclusion In inferior canalicular laceration repair, find the cuts and anastomose them correctly is the most important things.
