Clinical Observation of Liujunzitang and Sanziyangqintang to 68 Children with Cough Due to Phlegm-Dampness

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Liujunzitang and Sanziyangqintang on cough due to Phlegm-Dampness in children.Methods:The random contrast methods were adapt in the trial,132 cases of children with cough due to Phlegm-Dampness were divided into treatment group and control group.68 cases in treatment group taked orally Liujunzitang and Sanziyangqintang, and 64 cases in control group taked orally ClavulaniC Acid+Amoxicillin and Bromhexine.Results: In treatment group,52 cases were recovered, accounting for 76.47%; 14 cases were improved, accounting for 20.59%; 2 cases were ineffective, accounting for 2.94%, the total effective rate was 97.06%.In control group, 41 cases were recovered, accounting for 64.06% ; 13 eases were improved, accounting for 20.31% ; 10 cases were ineffective, accounting for 15.63%,the total effective rate was 84. 38%.Conclusion: Liujunzitang and Sanziyangqintang could ivigorate Spleen and benifite Qi,and remove Dampness and eliminate Phlegm.Be used for obstinate cough, the effect was significant.
