Abstract

Objective To observe the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treatment of phlegm heat depression type pulmonary lung distension of clinical curative effect. Methods 88 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 44 cases, control group given routine standard western medicine treatment, only observation group is in the control group on the basis of treatment with soup flavored white mulberry, watch a course of treatment effect. Results After one course of treatment control group 12 cases had marked effect,27. 27%,effective 20 cases, accounted for 45. 46%,12 cases ineffective, accounted for 27. 27%,total effective 32 cases, accounting for 72. 73%; 18 cases were markedly improved after treatment, the observation group( 40. 91%),21 cases, accounted for 47. 73%,invalid in 5 cases, accounted for 11. 36%,total effective 39 cases, accounted for 88. 64%,compared with statistical significance( P 0. 05).Conclusions combined Chinese and western.
